What if I can’t make every live call?
No problem. Every call is recorded and uploaded, so you can watch the replay whenever it works for you.
That said, I highly encourage attending live when possible because the activations, hot seats, and real-time coaching are where a lot of the magic happens.
This portal is designed to support you whether you attend live or work through the material on your own schedule.
I’ve already done nervous system work, manifestation, and personal development. How is this different?
This portal is not about learning more information.
It’s about integration and capacity.
Many women have already done the mindset work, the journaling, the programs, the healing. But the body hasn’t fully integrated the expansion yet.
Inside the Capacity Portal, we focus on helping your nervous system, identity, and subconscious become congruent with what you are calling in.
That’s where the real shift happens.
Do I need to know anything about Human Design?
No.
Human Design is part of everything I do in my business, but it’s not the main focus of this portal.
You’ll receive The Alchemy of You, a 70+ page customized Human Design manual, and I’ll know everyone’s chart so I can support you individually based on your energetics.
This allows me to offer deeply personalized insight inside a group container, which is something most programs simply can’t do.
What if I’m busy or overwhelmed right now?
Most women who join this portal are already navigating full lives.
That’s exactly why capacity work matters.
The goal of this container is not to add more pressure to your life. It’s to help you create more ease, stability, and flow in how you move through it.
Each week includes one live activation call, optional community support, and missions designed to help you integrate the work in real life.
Will I receive personal support inside the group?
Yes.
Every live call includes Q&A and hot seat coaching opportunities.
I will also be supporting the group through the Telegram community during the 90 days.
Because I will know everyone’s Human Design, I’m able to offer personalized guidance within the group container.
VIP members also receive direct access to me and 1:1 sessions.
What if I’m not a business owner?
That’s completely fine.
While many women in this portal are entrepreneurs, the work we’re doing applies to every area of life, relationships, health, self-trust, creativity, and personal fulfillment.
Capacity expansion affects everything.

That’s completely normal.
When making decisions like this, I always recommend using your Human Design Authority, which is the internal guidance system in your body that helps you make aligned decisions.

What is your refund policy?
Because of the nature of this container and the immediate access to the materials and community, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered.

Who am I, and what qualifies me to guide you on this journey?
I’m Lindsey Means, a Human Behavior Decoder, Human Design Expert, and lifelong student of transformation.
Since 2020, I’ve read over 1,000 Human Design charts and guided hundreds of people in understanding how their mind, body, and energy are uniquely designed to operate.
For the past eight years, I’ve been deeply studying what actually creates real, lasting transformation.
Not surface-level mindset shifts.
