I’m Lindsey Means — Human Behavior Decoder.

For the past eight years, I’ve studied what actually creates transformation, not conceptually, but physiologically and behaviorally.

Through Human Design, nervous system regulation, and pattern recognition, I decode how identity, conditioning, and energy shape the way we live, lead, love, and build.

This work isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about understanding how you’re built, and operating accordingly.

Here’s the truth:

You are not broken. You’ve been conditioned.

Conditioned to override your body.
Conditioned to force decisions.
Conditioned to believe you’re “too much” or “not enough.”

When you understand your design, confusion clears.

Strategy replaces self-doubt.
Alignment replaces burnout.

I decode what you can’t yet see: the patterns, the operating system, the wiring beneath your behavior.

Transformation doesn’t come from more information.

It comes from operating accurately.
From releasing outdated strategies.
From choosing alignment over pressure.

The shift is simple:

From “Something is wrong with me.”
To “I was never broken, just misaligned.”

From “I need to fix myself.”
To “I work best when I work as designed.”

From “I am not enough.”
To “I am structured this way for a reason.”

The Moment Everything Shifted

In 2017, everything shifted with one thought:

“Oh sh*t, I think my dad’s a narcissist.”

The next thought followed quickly: “Oh sh*t, I think I need therapy.”

That year forced me to confront patterns I had normalized: overperforming, over-accommodating, living in survival instead of alignment.

I became obsessed with understanding human behavior.

I studied psychology, trauma, attachment, nervous system regulation. I consumed everything I could about what drives people.

Then in 2020, I found Human Design.

It didn’t just describe my personality.

It explained my patterns.
My decision-making.
My energy cycles.
My burnout.

It was the operating manual I didn’t know I was missing.

Since then, I’ve read over 1,000 charts, worked with 100's of people, and watched the same shift happen again and again:

When people understand how they’re designed, shame dissolves.

They stop trying to fix themselves. They start operating in alignment.

My journey wasn’t about becoming someone new.

It was about stopping the fight against how I’m designed. Now I help others do the same.

What Is Find Your WAI?

Find Your WAI is built around one question:

Who Am I?

Not who I learned to be.
Not who performs well.
Not who survives pressure.

But who I am when I understand how I’m designed.

Most people spend their lives trying to fix themselves.

Fix their productivity.
Fix their relationships.
Fix their discipline.
Fix their emotions.

Find Your WAI is not about fixing.

It’s about understanding.

Through Human Design and behavioral decoding, we uncover your wiring: how you make decisions, how your energy moves, how your nervous system responds, and why certain patterns repeat.

When you understand how you’re designed, everything changes.

You stop forcing.
You stop comparing.
You stop assuming something is wrong with you.

And you start operating by design.

Find Your WAI exists to bring you back to yourself, not the optimized version, but the real one.

The Principles Behind My Work

These shape every program, session, and piece of content I create.

1. Wholeness Over Brokenness

Most “flaws” are adaptations to misaligned environments.

2. Awareness Creates Leverage

Patterns control you until you can see them.

3. The Body Is the Key

Alignment is physiological, not theoretical.

4. Growth Requires Release

Outdated coping strategies block capability.

5. Embodiment Over Information

Understanding is the start. Operating differently is the shift.

When you understand how you’re built, you stop trying to fix yourself.

That changes everything.

My Approach

My work sits at the intersection of:

• Human Design
• Behavioral pattern recognition
• Nervous system regulation
• High-performance decision-making

I don’t treat Human Design as a theory.

I use it as a framework for understanding how people are built: to think, decide, work, lead, and relate.

This is mechanics.

How your energy moves.
How you process pressure.
How you burn out.
How you thrive.

You don’t need more motivation.

You need accurate self-understanding.

Start there.
